  The staff have provided excellent service and support to Crackenback for many years. During an IT update in 2014 the planning, preparation and support were exceptional. Cairns computer repairs staff liased directly with my software vendor to ensure the upgrade went smoothly. Which it did, with very little business disruption. Every step was tested thoroughly beforehand to ensure no surprises. On a day-to-day basis, any support I have required has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is so nice to know I can call on them anytime I am need of computer support. They are always available to assist me, with a smile!
